Why We Built This Site
Missouri gives the public broad access to many court and government records, with limits for sealed, juvenile, expunged, and confidential information. The hard part is figuring out which office holds the file you want. In Ralls County, the Circuit Court handles civil, criminal, domestic relations, juvenile, probate, small claims, traffic, and protection-order matters through circuit and associate circuit divisions. The Circuit Clerk / Recorder of Deeds maintains court records and also handles recorder functions such as deeds, liens, marriage records, and iDoc Market access. The Sheriff handles law-enforcement and custody-related records, while the County Clerk handles elections, county administration, plat books, liquor licenses, auctioneer licenses, and commission-related records.
